(For men of India have this type of custom that they never go out of their own country and therefore have a great multitude of people, but they are not stirring or mobile because they are in the firs climate—that is, of Saturn, and Saturn is slow and slightly mobile . . . And because of this Saturn is so late to stir; therefore the people who dwell in that country that are under this climate have no desire to move or stir to search strange places.)

If the lack of mobility of the Indians is because they are under the influence of Saturn, the slowest moving of the heavenly bodies, the Europeans, being under the influence of the moon, have glaringly different and more ambulatory characteristics:
